Charalampos Dimoulas


Charalampos A. Dimoulas was born in Munich, West Germany on August 14, 1974. He successfully completed his studies at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and received his Diploma as Electrical Engineer (Telecommunication’ s Division), in December 1997. In November 2006 defended his doctoral thesis on "Audio-visual processing and content management techniques for the study of (human) bioacoustic phenomena"  and was assigned Ph.D. on the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering, AUTH. In 2008 developed a post-doctoral research on "Advanced Processing Techniques and Management of audiovisual content: Application to broadcast production and new media communications" in the Laboratory of Electronic Media Department of Journalism and Mass Communication Aristotle University on a scholarship from the Research Committee of AUTH. In November 2009 he was elected Lecturer in the School of Journalism and Media AUTH on the field of "Media Technology: Digital management of audio and video to online media."
